Well, hello, Lunch Money friends!

We hope all is well with you! Here's what's up with us:

We finally made a music video! A good cause got us motivated. A Brownie troop here in West Columbia, SC asked us to help them write a song for lalalove.org to help build a secondary school in Tanzania. Pretty soon we had 12 Brownies in our home studio with headphones on! Here's the video we made.


We invite you to download the song, too, which was inspired by the Brownies writing about love and rainbows. Here's a version with the kids singing and a version with me singing. Children all over the country are singing songs about love to try to inspire adults to chip in for this wonderful cause. If you feel inspired to donate, here's the link. Now we are getting excited about trying our hand at more music videos for Lunch Money songs!

As the end of the year approaches, our album Original Friend is getting some love in some best-of lists. The Fids and Kamily Music Awards, a poll of reviewers and radio hosts who live and breathe this family music genre, ranked Original Friend as the #5 album of the year, and we also made Time Out New York Kids year-end list. Both lists are a great resource for music to discover with your kids!
